You only know those whom you love, you don't know those who truely love you

Sometimes when people congratulate you, it create enemies for you. This is because some people cannot celebrate anyone other than themselves.
They cannot rejoice with someone who has the kind of success they are still pursuing. They feel irritated that another person is being praised more than them.
Orin lasan lo da wahala sile laarin King Saul and David. 1Sam 18: 7- "...Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands."
Rather than celebrate David who helped his kingdom overcome their common enemy, King Saul reacted badly, and there and then, opened the door for the evil spirit to enter his life.
From that moment, his focus shifted from his kingship calling and began to sought ways to kill David whom he saw as a threat. He lost it!

It is the same thing with those who are never happy when they see others prospering. The families of Elegans, Ajegbodos, Kenimanis, Abatenijes etc. They become agitated when they see others moving forward in life. Not taking a moment to consider the sacrifices and efforts these people have made, they just start hating unnecessarily (David wasn't a soldier. He took the risk which Generals in the Saul's army were not willing to take, yet he's was hated).

These set of people allow the evil spirit to take over their lives and they spend the energy they could have used to better their own lives in plotting ways on how to bring the successful ones down.
They have forgotten that he whom God has blessed no man can curse. Won ti gbagbe wipe iyalaya fire bridgade kan o le pa irawo oju orun.
Eniti Oluwa ba gbe ga, bi yio se wa subu yio s'oju Eledumare funrare.

Oftentimes, these evil people end up bringing curses upon their generation yet unborn because of their wickedness. They die frustrated, disgraced, and wretched.
Igbehin osika eda kii suwon! Won kii nilari. Won ma npon l'aso ni bi aparo! Ile won ma n dahoro ni. Odede won a si di aatan.

Why don't you simply rejoice with others when they are rejoicing. Doing so will only speed up your own blessings and others can gather to rejoice with you as well.
Stop hating. Don't allow the evil spirit to get the tiniest space in the corner of your heart to sow a seed of jealousy, which grows into full blown hatred to the extent that you don't stop until you see them dead or ruined.
They are not your enemies. They haven't done you any bad. Face your own life if you can celebrate them. 'park well!'

Iwo t'aye ba si nye naa ma rora se o. Ile gbigbe naa ma nyo enia subu.
Don't go strutting about to court the jealousy of others with your success. Gbogbo alangba lo da inu de'le, a o mo eyi ti inu nrun.
You only know those whom you love, you don't know those who truely love you.
